Jeju Air ran its 2026 SUPER SALE from 10:00 on 8 July 2026 to 17:00 on 14 July, cutting up to 75% off 16 routes between Japan and Korea. One-way prices are totals including the fuel surcharge and taxes, and the cheapest were JPY 12,930 from Matsuyama, Oita and Kagoshima. Travel runs from 1 October 2026 to 27 March 2027.
From JPY 12,930 all-in, with Narita at JPY 14,770: where you start costs you JPY 3,400
One-way totals to Seoul (Incheon) ran: Matsuyama, Oita and Kagoshima JPY 12,930; Hiroshima JPY 13,100; Shizuoka JPY 13,250; Naha JPY 13,930; Kansai JPY 14,270; Chubu JPY 14,580; Narita JPY 14,770; Fukuoka JPY 14,930; New Chitose JPY 16,350. Busan was priced to match, at JPY 14,270 from Kansai, JPY 14,770 from Narita, JPY 14,930 from Fukuoka and JPY 16,350 from New Chitose. Top to bottom the spread is JPY 3,420, and the striking line in it is Fukuoka — closer to Korea than almost anywhere else in Japan, and JPY 2,000 dearer than Matsuyama.
Inside those totals sits the international tourist tax, which went to JPY 3,000 for tickets issued from 1 July 2026 after sitting at JPY 1,000 until the end of June. JPY 2,000 of the JPY 12,930 is therefore the tax change rather than the airline. It is a layer no fare cut reaches, and the cheaper the ticket, the larger a share of it those JPY 3,000 take.
The bottom prices ride on FLY, a seat-limited fare with no checked baggage. Free allowance is 10 kg of cabin baggage within 115 cm across the three sides; to put anything in the hold you either buy the allowance or move up to FLYBAG, which carries 15 kg. Sale fares and discount codes only apply to bookings made directly on the airline’s own site or app, and the change and refund fees are steep. If your dates might move, this fare is the wrong instrument from the start.
