Rates appear on the booking screen once a date and a party size are entered. The announcement of 19 January 2026 gave an example for the night of 25 August 2026 on the opening plan: a Superior Suite, two sharing, breakfast included, from JPY 20,230 per person (tax and service charge included).

Rooms run from 50.4 m² to 156.8 m²: the 50 m² class for four, the 77 m² class for five or six

The rooms are on floors 2 to 14. The Superior types sleep two to four, the Deluxe types and the Blisstia Suite two to six, and floors above the 9th are handled separately as high floors. The lanai, the balcony, is 3 m deep, which the official site describes as among the largest in the prefecture.

Blisstia Suite156.8 m²2 to 6Floor 14, the top room

To fit four in one room, choose by how the beds are arranged. The Superior Suite is a four-person layout with two beds (122 x 196 cm) plus a stacking bed and a sofa bed. The Hollywood has two beds pushed together without a gap, for families who sleep side by side. The Deluxe Suite has two bedrooms, four beds and two sofa beds, so for five or more the 77 m² class and above is the only choice.

A drum-type washer-dryer inside the room comes with only three types: the Deluxe Suite, the Corner Deluxe Suite and the Blisstia Suite. The Superior types have a kitchen, a microwave, a fridge, an electric kettle, a humidifying air purifier and free Wi-Fi. Every room is non-smoking, and the smoking area is by the sub-entrance on the 2nd floor.

For children, even the stroller can be borrowed free of charge

The free loan items include a crib (up to 12 months, 13 kg), a bed guard (18 months to 5 years), a stroller (1 month to 4 years, up to 18 kg), a baby bath (up to 12 months), a bottle steriliser, a diaper pot, a child toilet seat, a step stool and a bed-wetting mat. Children’s slippers, nightwear and a toothbrush set are also provided. Numbers are limited, and the crib and bed guard must be reserved in advance.

Baby food is served as porridge or ready-made products, and for food allergies a designated menu covering nine items comes at the same buffet price. The restaurant has no private rooms. Pets are not allowed.

The rate is set by date; the announced example is JPY 20,230 per person on the opening plan

JPY 20,230 is a per-person figure, so two sharing a room come to JPY 40,460 for the room. The service charge is set by the terms at 10% of the base rate, and the displayed price is that amount plus consumption tax. The opening plan included breakfast and was an official-site-only offer.

There are 17 official plans (as of 12 October 2026), among them Simple Stay, the opening plan, a Granvillage member plan (8th floor or above guaranteed), 2-night and 3-night plans (3 to 4 nights only), a 5-night plan (5 nights or more, one dinner during the stay) and early-booking plans at 120 and 90 days. The early-booking and 3-night plans carry a perk, handled at the front desk, that turns breakfast into lunch. The discount rates are not stated on the plan pages.

A family plan that charged children 80% was limited to stays from July to September 2026 and cannot be used for stays from October. The pool-lounge free flow (an all-you-can-drink limited menu, 12:00 to 22:00, last order 21:30) appears in the benefits common to the plan pages, with limited seats on a first-come basis.

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00. On plans with dinner the last check-in is 17:00, and if you will arrive after 18:00 the hotel needs to be told. Breakfast and room-only plans run to 23:00. On an early arrival, luggage can be left at the front desk, and the pools can be used before check-in.

Cancellation fees are 20% from 7 days before, 50% from 3 days before, 80% the day before, and 100% on the day or for a no-show. A rate set on an individual plan takes priority. A booking of five rooms or more is treated under the group cancellation terms. Payment works with credit cards, transport IC cards and QR payments such as PayPay, while only Okinawa’s OKICA electronic money is not accepted.

Room cleaning is an eco service once every three nights. If you tell the front desk by 22:00 the evening before, cleaning is done the next day. There is no shuttle bus of the hotel’s own, and the hotel does not arrange rental cars, so for anyone coming by car the parking fee is better thought of as part of the room cost.

Families of four or more who want one roomFour can stay together in a Superior Suite and up to six in a Deluxe Suite, so there is no need to split into two rooms. It is not for anyone who needs a hotel directly on the sea or a strong concierge service, and an itinerary without a car fits badly. Local and limousine buses run from the airport, but there is no shuttle of the hotel’s own and no rental-car arrangement.
The washer-dryer depends on room typeAn in-room washer-dryer comes only with the three Deluxe-class types on the 14th floor. Fix the room type on the booking screen first, then compare plans. Searching the same dates on several booking sites such as Klook shows where the plans differ.
Set against the other new hotels in OnnaThe properties that opened in Onna the same year are sorted in our guide to the new Onna hotels of 2026. For what the established resorts are doing, the Ritz-Carlton Okinawa refurbishment is a clear example.

Every room has a kitchen, and the in-house shop is mostly crafts

The in-house shop is on the 1st floor, open from 8 in the morning until about 10 at night. It stocks crafts and small goods, yachimun pottery and woven textiles among them, and no groceries are listed. Vending machines and ice makers are on floors 4, 7, 10 and 13. Groceries for cooking would come from shops nearby, and the 124-space car park on site makes carrying them back easy.

The room equipment table goes as far as a kitchen, a microwave, a fridge and an electric kettle, and does not say whether pots, pans and tableware are provided. If you plan to cook properly, ask the hotel when you book. With the kettle, hot water for an infant’s milk is covered in the room.

Meals centre on the main dining room “Mori MUI”, with 100 seats (80 in the hall and 20 on the terrace). Dinner is a half buffet on the theme of “Irodori”, 17:30 to 22:00 (last order 20:30), and breakfast starts at 6:30.

The dining room has a few rules. Guests are asked not to come in loungewear and slippers, there is no room service, and there is no vegan menu. Breakfast needs no reservation, and on consecutive nights the dinner content swaps between the first and second night. A family split across several rooms who want to eat at the same table must tell the hotel at least three days ahead.

For a trip with grandparents, the hotel makes allowances if told the room position in advance, and wheelchairs can be borrowed in limited numbers. The wheelchair-accessible Universal Rooms number two, and they are the Corner Superior (57.9 m²) in the table above. Every room has a safe, and Wi-Fi is free in the rooms, the lobby and the lounge.

The pools and the communal bath are included in the room rate, but the bath is closed in the daytime

The 6th-floor outdoor infinity pool is heated and open all year. It has a jacuzzi and opens 8:00 to 21:00 from April to October and 9:00 to 20:00 from November to March. The 4th-floor indoor pool also has a jacuzzi and a kids’ pool 0.5 m deep, open 9:00 to 20:00 from April to October and 8:00 to 21:00 from November to March. The pools can be used before check-in.

The 4th-floor communal bath has a sauna and a cold plunge, and can be entered from 6:00 to 10:00 and 16:00 to 23:00 (last entry 22:30). It is closed from 10:00 to 16:00, so after a day on the sea or at the pool the place to rinse off is the room’s own bathroom. Towels are not provided there and are collected at the front desk if needed. Mixed bathing with a guardian is allowed up to age 6.

The sea is a drive away: Moon Beach is about 2 minutes by car, with four beaches within 10

From Naha Airport it is about an hour by car on the Okinawa Expressway (the plan pages also give about 50 minutes). It is about 25 minutes from the airport to Naha IC, about 25 minutes on the expressway to Ishikawa IC, and about 10 more on ordinary roads, and the outdoor car park has a wheelchair space. The hotel’s guide lists four beaches within 10 minutes by car (Moon Beach, Tiger Beach, Sun Marina Beach and Renaissance Beach), Manza Beach within 15 and Inbu Beach within 25, and its sightseeing guide puts Moon Beach at about 2 minutes by car and Sun Marina Beach at about 5. Without a car, the airport limousine bus takes about an hour and the local bus (route 120) about two, both to the “Moon Beach-mae” stop and then about 5 minutes on foot.

Sightseeing times are in the hotel’s guide too. CAVE OKINAWA is about 8 minutes by car, the Blue Cave about 10, Bios Hill about 11 and the Yachimun no Sato pottery village in Yomitan about 15. The Churaumi Aquarium is about 70 and Kouri Island about 65, so allow more than two hours’ round trip on the day you go as far as the aquarium. Under the name “Land Relation” the hotel offers guests a pottery experience at Seifuugama and a tour of the Kamimura distillery.
