BLISSTIA SUITES & RESORT Okinawa Onna, run by Granvista Hotels & Resorts, is a 139-room hotel condominium that opened on 15 July 2026. It stands on high ground in Maegiku, Onna Village, and even its smallest room is 50.4 m². Every room has a kitchen and a lanai about 3 m deep, which the hotel describes as among the largest in the prefecture. The official booking screen shows a lowest rate without any dates entered, so the figures below set that number beside the differences between rooms.

Eight room names from 50.4 m² to 156.8 m², and only three have a washer-dryer in the room
| Room | Size | Sleeps | Floor and view | Washer-dryer in the room |

| Corner Premium Suite | 52.7 m² | 2–4 | Floors 2–8 (high-floor version on 9–14), forest view | No |
| Corner Superior | 55.6 m² | 2–4 | Floors 4–8 (high-floor version on 9–14), forest view | No |

| Deluxe Suite | 77.2 m² | 2–6 | 14th floor, partial ocean view | Yes |
| Corner Deluxe Suite | 80.9 m² | 2–6 | 14th-floor corner, partial ocean view | Yes |
| Blisstia Suite | 156.8 m² | 2–6 | 14th floor, partial ocean view, one room only | Yes |
The Hollywood room has two beds pushed together with no gap, which suits a family sleeping side by side. The three Deluxe-and-above room names have two bedrooms, with four beds plus sofa beds. What every room shares is a kitchen, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, air purifier with humidifier and free Wi-Fi. The washer-dryer comes only with the three rooms marked “Yes”; the five Superior-class room names use the coin laundry in the building (floors 3, 6, 9 and 12: JPY 600 for 120 minutes, JPY 500 for 80, JPY 400 for 35, and JPY 100 for 30 extra minutes of drying). The sellers’ release gives the room sizes as 56.33–167.58 m², a different set of figures, but for comparing stays the numbers on the hotel’s own room list are the ones to use.
The official lowest rate is JPY 33,120 a night for two; longer stays cost less per night, and four adults come to JPY 11,790 each
| Plan (2 adults, 1 room) | Lowest official rate | Regular rate | Per night |
|---|---|---|---|
| Simple Stay (1 night) | JPY 36,900 and up | JPY 41,000 and up | JPY 36,900 |
| Early-bird 90 (booked 90 days ahead, 1 night) | JPY 33,120 and up | JPY 36,800 and up | JPY 33,120 |
| 2-night plan (2 nights) | JPY 66,240 and up | JPY 73,600 and up | JPY 33,120 |
| 3-night plan (3–4 nights) | JPY 93,960 and up | JPY 104,400 and up | JPY 31,320 |
| Opening plan (3 nights, one dinner) | JPY 88,560 and up | JPY 98,400 and up | JPY 29,520 |
| 5-night plan (5 nights or more, breakfast and one dinner) | JPY 181,800 and up | JPY 202,000 and up | JPY 36,360 |
These are the lowest rates, marked “and up”, that the official booking screen returns when no dates are entered, with tax and service charge included. The screen says “10% off on the official site”, and the official rate is exactly 90% of the regular rate. Each plan’s cheapest night falls on a different date, so the rows are not rates for the same day. The “and up” figure is the cheapest night, and some dates cost more.
By headcount, the 3-night plan’s lowest rate is JPY 93,960 for two adults (JPY 31,320 a night, JPY 15,660 each), JPY 141,480 for four (JPY 47,160 a night, JPY 11,790 each) and JPY 239,760 for six (JPY 79,920 a night, JPY 13,320 each). Six people need a room that sleeps six, Deluxe or above, so the per-head figure rises from the four-person case. For the biggest room on the top floor, the Blisstia Suite’s 3-night plan starts at JPY 1,186,380 for two adults (JPY 395,460 a night). The Family plan, for stays from July to September 2026 only, prices children at 80% of the adult rate.
About an hour by car from Naha Airport; there is no hotel shuttle, and you arrange the rental car yourself
The official access page counts about 25 minutes from Naha Airport to Naha IC on Route 332, about 25 minutes on the Okinawa Expressway to Ishikawa IC, and about 10 minutes on local roads from there: roughly an hour in all. Going by Route 58 takes about 1 hour 10 minutes. The plan pages say “about 50 minutes”, so the hotel’s own figures come in two versions. Parking is 124 outdoor spaces at JPY 1,000 a day, capped at JPY 2,000 (free for the Blisstia Suite).
By public transport, the airport limousine bus takes about an hour, the Okinawa Airport Shuttle about 1 hour 20 minutes and the route bus No. 120 (Nago-Nishi Airport line) about 2 hours. You get off at Moon Beach or Tiger Beach and walk about 5 minutes. The hotel runs no shuttle of its own and does not arrange rental cars, so book the car for the same dates as the room, yourself.
Four beaches lie within 10 minutes by car (Moon Beach, Tiger Beach, Sun Marina Beach and Renaissance Beach), Manza Beach within 15 minutes and Inbu Beach within 25. The hotel’s sightseeing page puts Cape Maeda and the Blue Cave about 10–11 minutes away by car, Cape Manzamo and the Yachimun pottery village in Yomitan about 15, Ryukyu Mura about 9, Kouri Island about 65 and the Churaumi Aquarium about 70.
Costs and rules to know before you stay: breakfast has ended at 10:00 since 1 October
Check-in is 15:00 and check-out 11:00. On plans with dinner the last check-in is 17:00; on breakfast-only and room-only plans it is 23:00. At the main dining room MUI (first floor, 100 seats) breakfast is now 06:30–10:00 (last order 09:30), shortened on 1 October; until 30 September it ran to 11:00, and some plan pages still carry the old hours. Dinner is a half buffet, 17:30–22:00 (last order 20:30); there is no room service and no private dining room, and robes and slippers are not allowed in the restaurant. The pool lounge is open 12:00–22:00 (last order 21:30).
The outdoor infinity pool (6th floor, heated, with a jacuzzi) is open 08:00–21:00 from April to October and 09:00–20:00 from November to March. The indoor pool (4th floor, with a children’s pool) is open 09:00–20:00 from April to October and 08:00–21:00 from November to March. The communal bath with sauna (4th floor) is open 06:00–10:00 and 16:00–23:00, with no towels provided there. The gym is open 06:00–23:00. Rooms are cleaned once every three nights, or the next day if you ask the front desk by 22:00 the evening before. Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation fees are 20% of the room charge from 7 days before, 50% from 3 days before, 80% the day before and 100% on the day or for a no-show (a plan’s own cancellation rate takes priority where it sets one). Payment works with VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners, JCB and UnionPay cards, transport IC cards such as Suica, WAON, nanaco and Rakuten Edy, and QR payments including PayPay, d Barai, au PAY and Rakuten Pay; OKICA does not work.
The building is a sold-in-lots hotel condominium, marketed by Sankei Building, Tokyu Land and Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate: owners hold individual rooms and let the hotel rent them out when they are away. From a guest’s side of the desk it behaves like any other resort hotel. The wider wave of openings is set out in our piece on international luxury hotels arriving in Japan in 2026. Rates move by the date, so it pays to put the same nights side by side on Klook and on the official booking widget before deciding. For a long stay with a lot of gear, the carry-on limits on power banks are worth checking first.
